For years, I understood my anxiety but could not understand why the same emotional and relationship patterns continued. My healing began when I stopped asking, “What is wrong with me?” and started exploring what those patterns had been trying to protect.
The patterns you repeat are not proof that you are broken. Many developed to help you feel safe, loved, connected, or accepted during difficult experiences.
Healing is not about changing who you are. It is about gently releasing what you learned you had to become and reconnecting with the person you were always intended to be—before the world told you that you couldn’t, wouldn’t, or shouldn’t.
Healing is a return to you. You were always there.
